MIXMAN V1.0    The Mix File Manager

This program lets you manage .MIX files, especially the GENERAL.MIX file.
It will show a list of all the files inside the MIX and let you view them
as either Text or Hex. 

You can also extract files, or replace them (useful for changing maps). 

It also contains the names of all the scenaries so you don't have to search 
the offsets yourself, just select the mission and press the appropriate key.
