TRACKER.ZIP contains sample code for one comercially available tracker
unit.  Simply replace track.c with your own tracking code, and everything
should work fine.

As far as ROTT goes, you need to invoke the ENABLEVR command line
parameter to turn on support for the two new mouse sub-functions type
ROTT ? for a list of all command line options
