Licence Agreement

The author has taken all possible steps to ensure that the product UltraPak 
as distributed is free from bugs and any other malfunctions.

However, no liability whatsoever can be accepted by the author for any
damage or loss of data caused by the use of the product.

The software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind,
expressed or implied.

The software may be distributed freely, but should only be done so in 
entirety (i.e. all files listed in the file SHIPPING.LST).  

The software may be used in its unregistered form for as long as you
wish.  However, the registered software may only be used by the holder
of the callsign to whom it is registered.

Use of either the unregistered program or the registered version implies
acceptance of this licence agreement.
