If you are new to this utility and have Borland's Paradox
5.0 for Windows:

1.  Unzip the file into a separate directory like MEDBILLS
2.  Run Paradox for Windows
3.  Set the Working Directory to "MEDBILLS" or whatever you called it.
4.  Load the form MEDBILLS
5.  F9 lets you edit data in two tables, "Provadd" and "Servbod".
6.  F7 lets you enter your Dentist's MD, etc. addresses.
7.  Use the tab or mouse to enter the billing data in the white fields.
8.  Experienced Paradox users can link in your own forms and 
	reports to the tables.
9.  User indemnifies IRR Corp. against any and all liabilities
	arising	from the use or misuse of this software.
