"The God who has made the world and everything in it is the Lord of

     heaven and earth ... From one man (Adam) He made all nations, that

     they should fill the whole earth; and he determined the times set

     for them and the places where they would live. God did this so that

     men would seek him and perhaps reach out and find Him, though He is

     not far from each one of us. For in Him we live and move and have

     our very being... Having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is

     now calling all men everywhere to repent, because He has set a day

     when He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He

     has appointed, having proved this to all men by raising Him from the
