The middle display shows the number of label lines, and the approximate proportions. The right column shows the number and layout of labels on a full sheet. After highlighting the desired label choice, choose the "LABEL CHOICE MADE" button to proceed to the next screen. Choose "EXIT" to quit the program. The "ORDER FORM" button allows you to fill in and print off an order form. Secondary Window -- (fill in labels, print labels) MAIN CHOICES" "1. Other Buttons: "Save This Label" -- preserves the contents of the current label until you go back to the main window. Good enough for a one-time print job. (See "Save label set" for a permanent solution) "Erase this Label" -- blank out the currently displayed label. If label is a part of a label set, the set won't be changed unless you now save it again under the same file name. "Save Label Set" -- save all the labels under a name chosen by the user. This set will be available at any time in the future. "Print Fonts" -- Gives a list of all available printer fonts. Highlight the desired font. The displayed label text will change to reflect the current font. "Print Labels" -- Choose to start the print job. "Quit" -- leave the secondary window. Return to the main window. Printing Notes: The label sheet must be fed manually into your printer. Place the label sheet into the manual feed in the orientation shown in the secondary window, lefthand column, with the top of the picture representing the top (front) of the label sheet. The sheet must be centered exactly lenghtwise. Close the guides, if any, firmly around the sheet. Practic with a piece of scrap paper cut to size before risking your label. For some brands the entire sheet is too long to print at once. In these cases, split the sheet into maximum and minimum sizes, as indicated.
