PMCLOCK.EXE  Low-Overhead Program Manager Clock

Just place PMCLOCK.EXE in your windows directory and create an icon for it.

To turn on clock: Click on the Icon
To turn off clock: Close program or click again on the icon

I just place the icon in my startup directory.
