If you have any trouble with installation or performance
of this product, lifetime tech support is available. 
Realize that if you are running this product
on a very low end Windows system such as a 386 with 4Meg
of RAM, there is probably little we can do to help with 
various problems. Likewise, if you have not
defragmented or surface scanned your hard disk for many
months, please do so before contacting us.

   days. In contrast to most computer businesses, 
   we do not use an answering machine for messages.
