Distribution requirements for The Screen Machine:

1) This product may NOT be sold by way of shareware rack vending, 
   without prior written permission.

2) SHAREWARE versions of this product may distributed on CD-ROMs
   that feature shareware collections. Owen Associates would 
   appreciate a copy of the CD for review, or at the least,
   notification of inclusion on the CD. Distribution on CD-ROMs
   featuring commercial/retail software requires written permission.

3) No files in this product may be removed or modified.
   Files added by anyone other than Owen Associates must clearly
   indicate that they are not part of the original product.

4) SHAREWARE versions of this product may be listed and sold by
   catalog.

5) SHAREWARE versions of this product may be uploaded to BBS's.

6) SHAREWARE versions of this product may be given to friends and
   associates.

7) Dealers or Distributors interested in selling the registered
   version of The Screen Machine through commercial/retail channels
   contact Owen Associates for wholesale pricing and delivery 
   schedules.

8) This product may be bundled with hardware or commercial/retail
   software ONLY under contract with Owen Associates.

9) John Owen retains all copyrights to The Screen Machine other than
   those expressly given in this document.
