I.  System Requirements:
    -------------------
        Windows(TM) 3.1 or better
        Sound Card
        CD-ROM (recommended, can't use CD player without one)

        The following files must also be present in your windows system
        directory : mmsystem.dll, mciavi.drv, mciseq.drv, mciwave.drv
        and mcicda.drv.  These files come with Windows 3.1 or better.

II. Installation:
    ------------
	Run setup.exe from Windows. When Media Player is installed, 
	it may make changes to your win.ini and system.ini files. 
	Backup copies of the old *.ini files will be stored in
	your windows directory (called winini.bak and sysini.bak).

	Also some drivers and/or dll's may be installed to your 
	windows system directory. These drivers are copyright 
	Autodesk Animations (TM) and are for playing: fli, flc 
	and aas files.

III. Registration:
     ------------
	To register, print the order form by selecting register 
	from file menu of B&H Media Player. Fill it in and mail
	it to the address shown on the form with your registration
	fee.  Registration fee is only $19.95 (VA residents add 4.5% Tax).
	U.S. registrations only please.

	Media Player or its supporting files.  No warranty is expressed

	MCIAAP.DRV, AAPLAY.DLL, AAVGA.DLL, and AAIPLAY.DLL files are 
	copyright Autodesk Animation(TM) and are distributed with B&H
	Media Player in accordance with AutoDesk Animation's distribution
