To install, run "INSTALL.EXE" from Windows.

The installer will copy/decompress Event Manager and all of it's
necessary files to the directory you specify.  The installer will 
take (from HD) a few seconds or (from disk) about a minute and a 
half, and will use about 260K space on your disk.

NOTE : EVENT MANAGER PASSWORD PROTECTION

Password protection features have been included in version 1.3x of 
Event Manager.  Please read the manual to familiarize yourself with
these new features BEFORE using them.  Several password protection
options are quite INFLEXIBLE and you WILL HAVE PROBLEMS if you're 
not VERY carefull!
