Welcome to WINbye 2.0a! This is a quick exit, restart, 
reboot utility for Windows 3.0, 3.1 & 95 that includes
a free upgrade to a fully 32 bit Windows 95 version.

After SETUP completes, you will be prompted to configure 
WINbye but the program itself will not start up. Double-
click on the 'WINbye 2.0a' icon to start it minimized, 
then double-click on the minimized icon at the bottom of 
your screen when you want to use it. Please see the Help
file for the many other options.

You may want to move the 'WINbye 2.0a' icon to your
StartUp group!
