Lightly oil the base of a frying pan and place over moderate heat. When hot add the steaks and fry quickly for 2 minutes on each side. Spread the steaks with the sauce, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until tender. Transfer to a warmed serving dish, garnish with herbs and serve immediately. \par }
