The following files represent the VB4 Runtime Module
and MUST be in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory:

    VB40032.DLL
    OLEPRO32.DLL
    MSVCRT40.DLL

To install this program, simply run the file "INSTALL.EXE".
This will copy the files to the directory of your choice and
create a Shortcut folder and icons in your WINDOWS\START MENU 
folder.
