     If you want to receive you registered version of GCSN via snail mail,
then add $5 (five) to the total cost.  I can fit more than one copy of GCSN on
a diskette.  Each copy of GCSN will be personally registered to you.

     Remember to specify in the comments how you wish to receive your
registered copy of GCSN.  Also put in anything else you would like to mention
or I forgot to tell you to mention :)  Make sure to put a voice phone number
in case I need to contact you if there is a problem.

     My suggestion is to not send cash.  I accept cash, but I am not
responsible if it gets lost or stolen.  I would prefer you send check or money
order (U.S. funds only please).  Make check/money order
