  Added User Count Licensing Scheme
  Added Set Node Activity to "User Registries", this is displayed in the
    who's online activity field
  Added support for the @PAUSE@ macro.  You can use it anywhere, but the
    SGREGTMP.BBS file is the best way.  This will cause the registry to
    pause when being displayed, but not during editing.
  Changed the List String from a max of 80 chars to 152 chars
