For additional information on making a boot disk, request document 005 from our faxback server or access VIE's Creating a boot disk for VIE CD-ROM PC titles FAQ from the FAQ site. Unfortunately, present call volume prevents our Technical Support Specialists from assisting with boot disk creation over the phone; as this process may require thirty minutes or more.
