DerekWare Backgrounder by Derek Smith

DerekWare Backgrounder is inteded to break up the monotony of having the
same desktop wallpaper all the time.  Simply start Backgrounder, tell it
which directory to pull bitmaps from, set the shift timer and go.
Backgrounder maintains a dynamic file list, so the user can add and remove
bitmaps simply by copying and deleting the files as they normally would.
Every time Backgrounder goes to change the wallpaper, it takes a quick look
at the directory and refreshes it's file list.


Licensing

DerekWare Backgrounder is being released as freeware to the general public.
The program may be freely distributed, so long as none of it's contents are
modified in any way.  Corporate use is hereby forbidden without written
consent from the author.
