ModemSta & Windows95:

* ModemSta version 1.9 is still a 16 bit program, but with 32 bit functionality. It uses
some new function introduced in Win95, such as utilizing the TrayIcon area in the Taskbar.
* Some of the more advanced communication features have not yet been implemented 
to work fully in Win95.
* RD does not detect PPP/SLIP socket communication well. It will eventually be updated.
* ModemSta is going to be re-written for Win95 using Delphi32. A release date for the
32 bit version can not be given. 
* The 16 bit version of ModemSta for Win3 will be maintained and developed in parallel.
