   2. HISTORY
   -------------------

   TCDEP v1.1 was released with the following changes:
   ---------------------------------------------------

   TCDEP is no longer crippled meaning that all utilities can be used!
   Some options are still only available to the registered users.

   1.  No files are skipped now!  If a file is found to already be online,
       TOFR alerts you of it, and inserts the message.  The file date in
       the FILES.LST is also updated so DELOFR will not delete it before
       the new person who requested the file has a chance to download it.
       Major improvement!
   2.  Minor color changes.  Minor documentation changes.  Minor changes
       in all EXE files.
   3.  Major speed increase in TOFR.  A small delay after each message that
       is printed on the screen in TOFR has been removed.  This does not
       increase the speed when copying files, but increases the speed on all
       other parts of TOFR.
   4.  ToggleCD will now work in Unregistered mode but it is still limited
       to 4 CD-ROMs.
   5.  Delete Old File Requests will now work in Unregistered mode but
       it will only delete files older than 60 days.
   6.  Price decrease.  The price was dropped from $13.00 + $2.00 S&H to
       $10.00 + $2.00 S&H.  The total cost now is only $12.00 for a
       registered version!
   7.  The actual file description is now used along with the TCDEP
       message attached onto it in the FILES.LST.  Major improvement!

   I am releasing this program un-crippled, faster, cheaper, and improved
   now in hopes of getting at least "ONE" registration.  You can now test
   the whole package to see if it works like it suppose to before
   registering!

   So far no one has contacted me for any bug reports.  Therefore I have to
   "think" that these programs are bug free.  If you discover a bug in any
   part of these programs, please contact me and let me know!  Read the
