QIFER.EXE 
	
Qifer.exe is a Windows program that makes it possible to 
transfer money account data from Managing Your Money for 
Windows 2.0 to Microsoft Money, Quicken and other financial 
programs that can import .QIF files. It does not handle 
investment accounts.

INSTALLATION:
Copy all of the files from Qifer10.zip to a disk or into 
one directory. In Windows 95 Desktop select My Computer/
Control Panel/New Software/Install and Qifer will be 
installed in the Start menu/Programs. In Windows 3.1 
Program Manager select File/Run and enter A:install.exe 
(or the correct path), and a qifer group will be installed 
in Program Manager. Instructions are in Quifer's Help.

REGISTRATION: 
Qifer is shareware it is not free.  If you use it you 
should pay the registration fee. This licenses you to use
Qifer and updates to it.

Quifer maybe freely copied and distributed for trial use,
if all files are included.
