!!Needs VBRUN300.DLL. Designed for Windows 3.1

This is a quick and dirty solution to capture URLs from forum messages!

There are two files:-
"snare.exe"
and
"captured.htm" (this one is created automatically by the program itself).

Copy snare.exe to you CIS directory. Install with the Program Manager, to start up as an
icon.

When you first use "snare", hit the "NEW" button, this creates the "captured.htm" file
automatically. Note that on "start up" the ClipBoard is cleared of all contents.

To use:

Simply highlight the URL (domain and directories and/or files only) ie 

www.somecomp.org/dir/blabla.htm

and hit the "Append" button.

Fill in the title for the URL and any notes you may want to make and simply hit the
Save button.

To clear all old URLs, just hit the "New" button.

After exiting, start up your browser and load the "captured.htm" file!
