        ToadNet Guidelines

        The ToadNet Network operates under the following guidelines
        These are the few main guidelines that you should concern yourself
        with. ToadNet is for having FUN, all that is asked is that you follow
        these simple rules:
              * Absolutely no Flaming allowed in any echo
              * Echos are handled by the moderator or the Echo_Toad
              * Echos may not be gated/passed to non ToadNet Members
              * Have Fun!
              * Keep it light and friendly
              * If you have a suggestion then let's hear it
              * The network is a member network and is for FUN!
              * Don't get too serious
              * If you have a problem take it up with your NT first
              * The NT is your problem solver if you can't solve the problem
              * The Topology of the network is: Toad, NT, RT, Executive Toads
              * Echo Topology is: Toad, Moderator, NET, RET, Executive Toads

       The Executive Toads ask that you fly the ToadNet logo
       and make any toadnet echos that you link into accessible to the
       public (your users) - other than restricted echos
