        General Wong saw the cloud covered surface of Canadia in the
distance.  It made him wonder what had happened to his friend J51. 
His wandering thoughts were interupted by a strange radio message.
        "Foxhound one, this is Loan Leader ... wanna buy me a drink?"
        It sounded like his old friend, but just to make sure, "That can't
be my old XO, he always bought ME drinks", quiped Wong.
        "You may be right, but as Supreme Commander of the CHDF, I outrank
you now, so I think it's time you started buying some drinks.  Meet you
in the O'Club after you land."

        General Wong entered the room and immediately spotted his old
friend at the bar.  Two drinks were already waiting.
        "Well, it seems that you remembered that little clause about
Imperial Navy officers always being the ranking officer in joint
operations", remarked Wong as he grabbed the drink.
        "No not really, but with eighteen foxhounds and only five of my
pilots, I figured I'd play it safe", grinned J51.

I.  Situation

        a.  Friendly Forces:  

                1.  Composition: 

                        (a).  The SSFW Frigate Furious
                        (b).  Foxhound TIE Fighters
                        (c).  CHDF Z-95s
                        (d).  CHDF Transports
                       
                2.  Capabilities and Mission:

                        (a).  Foxhound Squadron will be flying standard
                        TIE Fighters.  

                        (b).  The Furious is fully mission capable
                        
                        (c).  The CDHF ships should be allowed to do the
                        majority of the work.  The Foxhounds are to provide
                        close escort for the Furious. 

        b.  Enemy Forces

                1.  Composition:

                        (a).  The Q-Beck VSD Tribute
                        (b).  Starfighters of the Q-Beck resistance
                        (c).  Rebel starfighters may join the battle. 

                2.  Capabilities: The VSD can destroy the Furious.
                Therefore, we will hyper in behind her and luanch the CHDF
                forces to destroy it.  The Harpax is not available, so the
                VSD must be destroyed before it can hyper out. 
                        

II.  Mission: Foxhound squadron conducts close escort mission to insure
safety of the Furious as it launches CHDF fighters and bombers. 

III. Execution:

        a.  Commanders Intent:  Alpha element be the primary escort
        element. Other elements are available as needed. 

        b.  Available Reinforcements:

                1.  Other Foxhound elements as requested.

IV. Supply

        a. Due to shield generator shortages, the TIEs in this mission will
        be without shields. 

V.  Command and Signal

        a.  Commander's Location:  Foxhound primary staff will direct the
        battle from the Furious. 

        b.  Communication between elements will be limited.
