     This file contains information regarding the posting of the
     CROSSLAB v1.0 on Bulletin Board Systems.
     

     Disk Vendors and Distributors please refer to the VENDOR.TXT

     DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS

     As the exclusive copyright holder for CROSSLAB,
     Moroianu George authorizes on-line distribution only in
     accordance with the following restrictions:

          1. The CROSSLAB software is defined as
          containing all the material listed in the PACKING.LST
          text file. If any files listed in the PACKING.LST text
          file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then
          the package is not complete and distribution is
          forbidden. Please contact Moroianu George to obtain a
          complete package suitable for distribution. If the
          version you have obtained is over 24 months old, please
          contact Moroianu George to ensure that you have the
          most current version. This version was released in 
          August, 1996.

          2. The evaluation package of the CROSSLAB
          software may be distributed freely. Disk Vendors,
          Computer Clubs, BBSs and other vendors may charge a
          nominal fee for distribution of the program. The
          recipient of CROSSLAB must be informed,
          in advance, that the fee paid to acquire CROSSLAB
          does not relieve the recipient from
          purchasing the Licensed Version of CROSSLAB
          if the recipient continues to use CROSSLAB.

          3. The evaluation package of the CROSSLAB
          software may not be sold or licensed. Neither may a fee
          be charged for its use.

          4. Neither the software nor its documentation may be
          amended or altered in any way.

          5. Many BBSs add a small text file (advertisement) to
          each archived file. Other BBSs add a small message with
          their BBS name and phone number into the compressed
          file, which will display when the file is uncompressed.
          Either of these methods of mentioning your BBS are
          acceptable and may be used, provided the program and
          documentation is otherwise unmodified and complete.
          Small additions to the package, such as introductory
          files are also acceptable.

          6. By granting you the right to distribute the
          evaluation copy of the CROSSLAB software,
          you do not become the owner of this software in any 
          form.

          7. Moroianu George accepts no responsibility in case
          the software malfunctions or does not function at all.

          8. Moroianu George can never be held responsible for
          damage, directly or indirectly resulting from the use
          of the CROSSLAB software.

          9. Using the CROSSLAB software means that
          you agree to these conditions.

     Any other use, distribution or representation of the
     CROSSLAB software is expressly forbidden without
     the written permission of Moroianu George.

     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to
     Moroianu George.

     
     FILE NAME FOR BBSs

     For consistency and to help users locate the files, please
     use the file name:

     CROSSLAB.ZIP

     If the program is compressed using some other file
     compression method,please use name CROSSLAB with the appropriate
     extension (ARJ, RAR, PAK, ARC, LZH, ZOO, etc.).
