     This file provides information for Shareware Distributors,
     Disk Vendors and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the
     CROSSLAB v1.0 package.

     BBS SYSOPs please refer to the SYSOP.TXT text file for
     information.

     Individual and Company Users please refer to LICENSE.TXT
     and REGISTER.TXT for information.


     DISTRIBUTION REQIREMENTS

     As the exclusive copyright   holder  for CROSSLAB ,
     Moroianu George authorizes distribution only in accordance
     with the following restrictions:

          1. The CROSSLAB software is defined as
          containing all the material listed in the PACKING.LST
          text file. If any files listed in the PACKING.LST text
          file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, then
          the package is not complete and distribution is
          forbidden. Please contact Moroianu George to obtain a
          complete package suitable for distribution. If the
          version you have obtained is over 24 months old, please
          contact Moroianu George to ensure that you have the
          most current version. This version was released in
          August, 1996.

          2. The evaluation package of the CROSSLAB software
          may be distributed freely.         Disk Vendors,
          Computer Clubs and other vendors may charge a nominal
          fee for distribution of the program. The recipient of
          Moroianu George must be informed, in advance, that
          the fee paid to acquire CROSSLAB  does not
          relieve the recipient from purchasing the Licensed
          Version of CROSSLAB if the recipient
          continues to use CROSSLAB.

          3. The evaluation package of the CROSSLAB
          software may not be sold or licensed. Neither may a fee
          be charged for its use.

          4. Neither the software nor its documentation may be
          amended or altered in any way.

          5. Small additions to the package, such as the
          introductory or installation batch files used by many
          shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.

          6. By granting you the right to distribute the
          evaluation copy of the CROSSLAB software,
          you do not become the owner of this software in any
          form.

          7. Moroianu George accepts no responsibility in case
          the software malfunctions or does not function at all.

          8. Moroianu George can never be held responsible for
          damage, directly or indirectly resulting from the use
          of the CROSSLAB software.

          9. Using the CROSSLAB software means that
          you agree to these conditions.

     Any other use, distribution or representation of the
     CROSSLAB software is expressly forbidden without
     the written permission of Moroianu George.

     You may not list any of our products in advertisements,
     catalogs, or other literature which describes our products
     as "FREE SOFTWARE". Shareware is "TRY BEFORE YOU Buy"
     software, it is not free.

     All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to
     Moroianu George.


     DISK SETS & CD-ROMs

     Vendors who wish to distribute the CROSSLAB software
     package as part of a collection (such as PsL's MegaDisk set,
     or a CD-ROM package) may do so provided that all the other
     restrictions are met.

     If you wish to add any of my programs to a CD-ROM or other
     collection, please check the release date of the version you
     have. If the version is over 24 months old then please
     contact Moroianu George to ensure that you have the most
     current version. This version was released in August, 1996.


     DISK OF THE MONTH (OR SUBSCRIPTION) DISTRIBUTION

     Vendors are hereby given permission to distribute the
     CROSSLAB package under the Disk of the Month
     style of distribution.

     Please contact Moroianu George in advance to ensure that
     you have the most current version of the software.
