Music:

  MUS format (RAW format, which can be created from MIDI files
  with MIDI2MUS, provided by ddt)

Soundcard sound effects:

  windows WAVE file (.WAV)
	use a converter if you prefer .AU
	preferably use 11025 sample/second for your recording

PC-speaker:

  text files .TXT with numbers 0-255

DeuTex assumes that any file name begining with 
'D_' is music
'DS' is soundcard sound effect
'DP' is PC speaker sound effect
