  OK. Hmmmm, Talking shit ehhh . ;-]

  Well MDL23DS converts the Quake MDL files into the 3DS ASCII format,
  (ehhh except one of them, little BUG you know) which is loadable from 
  within 3D-Studio. This TOOL converts ONLY the FIRST frame of the
  3D-Animation with in the MDL File, also the Textures are not ripped
  so do not wonder.

  V. 1.5 - Next Version will have the option to chose the animationframe
         - ( in a few Days )
  V. 2.0 - will have Windows Interface and may contain other Fileformats
         - like DXF,(RAW),etc .. (if I have enough Time )
  V. 3.0 - Yeahhh, some Day it will be there ( I think ) and will feature
         - Import Funktions so that you are able to port 3D-Meshes and
         - Animations into Quake , so that you will be HAPPY for at least
         - a week.

  If you've read everything you are allowed to use this prog as often as 
  you like, BUT this is MAIL-WARE(hehe) so you have to e-MAIL me if you
  use it for more then THREE TIMES. Well at least it would be kind of you
