    Make sure you have the file vbrun300.dll in your Windows\System directory 
    (POVCAD won't run without it!). Move it, along with the following files, 
    to your Windows/System directory:

    threed.vbx, cmdialog.vbx, vbmsg.vbx and ctl3dv2.dll

Create program icons for POVCAD40.EXE and POVCAD40.HLP in the Program 
    Group of your choice using Program Manager.  (Read your Windows manual 
    for detailed instructions on this).
