WINRTFHTM Version 1.0		

WINRTFHTM is MS Windows application 
translating RTF format files to HTML 2.0 format.
It contains 2 files:
1. WRTF2HTM.DLL  converts xxx.rtf format document
	to  xxx.htm file also generating separate HTML files for 
	Table of Contents, footnotes, and graphics with corresponding links. 
	You should convert produced xxx.wmf file, if any, 
	to xxx.gif file with some other converter.
2.WRTFHTM.EXE  demonstrates the use of the DLL to convert RTF file to HTML,
	and display converted *.htm file's source in main window.

This freeware can be use  to create and design web pages with MS Word.
