The computer program AI~WHEEL is a
Fully Functional Home Users Version of a
Universal Robotic BrainCell (URBC)

Educational non-profit non-government individuals may use this software (AI~WHEEL v.1) for a 30 day evaluation period only, after which time users must register (see below). Profit oriented and/or government entities may NOT utilize any portion or version of AI~WHEEL without written permission from David Albert Harrell.

To become a registered User

and receive the AI~WHEEL program and support package including:

_ The latest version of AI~WHEEL. (for IBM and compatables)
_ The entire AI~WHEEL Bank Of Classic Task Universes and Intelligence Files.
_ D.A.Harrell's latest writings and color illustrations on the use of AI~WHEELs.
_ The Author selected compilation of previous books, papers, and software.
_ The latest version of the Creator's Manual.

Registration for academic, non-profit, non-government use is $35 (US dollars).

Hard copies by surface mail are available for an additional $37.

URBC objectives may conflict with the well being of other entities in the same physical space. In this respect, the resulting URBC intellect can be dangerous to life and property. To avoid most of these kinds of problems, I suggest you limit the shaping abilities of URBC inhabited robotic entities to non-destructive levels, or establish your target environment within computer space, or contained models.
