an agent/employee of the 
Workers' Compensation Board of Ontario, Canada
OR
an agent / employee of Johnvince Foods Inc.
or its subsidiaries.

( If you are disqualified because of this, the 
third clause, you may still receive a license
to use this software upon receiving 
written approval from me to waive this clause,
otherwise, consideration due is $1,000,000.00 .)

4) You accept it as is,
(with no implicit or explicit warranty or guarantee)
and
do not change it in any way
(decompile it, reverse engineer it,
knowingly add a malicious or damaging
file (or code) to it, construct a derivative with it).

5) You keep all associated files included with it.

If the above conditions can not be met,
you don't have the right to possess or 
use this software and are required to remove 
any and all copies of the software from your 
computer and storage mediums (i.e.disks,etc.)
and destroy them / delete them from your
files.

Failure to do so is either acceptance
of the terms or
a contravention of my rights under
copyright law.
