1. NEW COMPILER
   I think you should know - I used Watcom C++ 10.6 for this version.
   The Watcom compiler is more robust than BC5...

2. MORE FUNCTIONALITY

   Additional functions:

   Added function 'clean_up' which removes commented lines from the
   INI file.
