    This archive's name should be "ARRA-V13.ZIP" or,
alternatively, 'ARRA13.ZIP'.  This is the general distribution release
for BBS Systems using Mustang Software wcCode versions 4.12 or 4.20.
All beta test sites should upgrade at this time to this version
and begin installation of "ARST-09B" Aug 1, '96.

    A short description of ARRA is in the FILE_ID.DIZ, and 
the single line description can be found in the DESC.SDI file.

   Please try to remove any older Beta versions from your catalog or BBS.
ARRA-v1.2 will remain in our technical support logs for 12 months.
