11-15-96 Version 1.6wc
               - Aside from changing Mace Software to Mace Software, Inc.,
                 no changes where made to CHREACT.WCX. All major changes
                 had to do with the interbbs module.
               - Added setting in WCCHIBBS SETUP to try and address those
                 mailers that are not honoring the KFS flag. See CHREIBBS.DOC

               - Added new command line parameter for WCCHIBBS. It is BOTH.
                 WCCHIBBS BOTH will run inbound then outbound.
               - Changed file naming system to try and prevent transmission
                 errors caused by duplicate filenames.

               - Fixed IBBS bug that caused HOF processing to be done
                 on the wrong day.
09-15-96 Version 1.4wc
               - WCCHIBBS.EXE now logs all error to file CHREIBBS.LOG
                 No Longer locks up when error occurs.
               - Cleaned Database of dupes.
               - Added PLAY AHEAD TURNS. REGISTERED VERSION ONLY.
               - Cheat Fix. Game now records the play and increments to the
                 next chain at the beginning of play instead of during
                 score calculation. Fixes cheat where players get almost
                 to end of puzzle, then drop carrier and play same chain
                 on next logon.
               - Added time left display to remote's display.
               - Added Utility WCEDIT for sysop to edit Chain Reaction
                 database.
               - Corrected problem with game showing new month each day
                 on certain systems. Over-rode default date/time settings.
