Hello! This map set is for the 3D Realms job oppertunity, although I can not enter due to the fact that Im Canadien, I wish to share my maps any how...maybe you'll reconsider about the VISA Then again, maybe not...Ive have worked all summer on these maps, and I have even had people offer to put these maps on CDs and be released! These maps have a perticular theme that I find lacking in most maps, this one tells a story... The story goes... ANARCHY One night Duke was watching T.V. and he say something out of his appartment...something strange something unlike he had ever seen...the strange light took him across the town and to the other side of L.A. The government had already begun to clean most of the mess (ala AREA 51) however, Duke noticed that the ship had a huge hole in it...something was not right... Just then he heard rustling in the busehes beside him...first it was faint, but it grew more persistant. A huge lizard popped out weilding a chaingun! Duke grabbed shelter as the alien fired, and returned fire. But he was out numbered. Just then the lights went out... Now Duke awakes...hes in a strange place...his own planet? Maybe... His own city? Maybe... The aliens carelesly left weapons laying around. Duke picked up the R.P.G and Devistator and was destoned to kill those alien maggots... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- E1L9 One month has passed since the aliens came here, Duke, now a hero, still felt that it was not over, He felt that some how aliens were still here... While at work as a janitor. Duke thought he heard a familiar sound, remincicent from his alien encounters... But he shrugged it off, but then he heard people screaming and he knew now that this was not his imagination, that this was real. Duke kicked open a crate of RPG's and shotguns and once again was ready to kick ass! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ GRUNGE Having destroyed the aleins again, Duke was at home relaxin... E.D.F happened to be around the corner, and Duke watched as a huge crate was being delivered there. Just then a huge explosion! Duke jumped up, and looked out his bedroom window, and saw more of those bastard ass maggots! Duke went in to his closet and got his ol' shotgun, and his new night vision goggles and looked out the window again, Pigs had stolen the recon cars! "Its time to kick ass and chew bubble gum!...and Im all out of gum!" Duke sneered.
