Andy Fung is a Cool Chinese Guy.
He is 14 years old currently.
He has been learning Programming for 3 years
Andy has been learning Turbo C for the past 6 months ( currently 07/21/96 )
and C A R started as a programming excercise.
Later it has been made into a full game with the help of his 13 year old
friend (Juan Walker) testing the game and telling him if the game was
good or not. 
The whole process took about ( 1 and a 1/2 month or 270 hours )
, 6 packs of cola, and about $30.00 ( not including ELECTRICITY ).
Andy is now trying to learn the O.O.P. of C++.
