MOMHACK:  An off-line trainer for "Master of Magic" (TM) by MicroProse

Why do I call it an off-line trainer?  
It not only enchances your player, it handicaps all computer-controlled
characters if you so choose!

This is another of my programs to enhance the experience of creative 
gaming.   I hope you find it useful, easy to operate, and a fun addition
to your MOM experience.

Once you have activated the program by entering MOMHACK on the command
line, then give the program a valid GAMEx.SAV MOM save file name, the 
program performs two basic functions:

1)  MOMHACK grants the player's wizard [1,6] x 5000 gold and mana (for you
    linear algebra phobics, [1,6] means "from 1 to 6 including 1 and 6").
    Thusly, a minium of 5000 gold and 5000 mana may be granted, as well as
    a maximum of 30000 of each.

2)  After MOMHACK has displayed the gold/mana bonus, you are prompted to 
    enter 'y' or 'Y' if you wish to handicap the enemy wizards.  If you 
    select this option, all CPU-controlled wizards playing in the saved game 
    in question will have their gold and magic power set to zero!  This can 
    temporarily destroy their operational capability and make them easy to
    finish off if they are on the run!  

I suggest that you use this utility only once for every new game of MOM you
begin, since overly-frequent use of any cheat can cause a game to seem   
boring and unchallenging.  That's not a rule, of course; you can use this  
utility as much or as little as you want.  I have run the utility through a 
battery of debugging tests, and I have observed no negative side-effects.
