SDFTP License Agreement

Shareware Version (The version you got this file from):
You are free to test and distribute the publicly available
shareware version of SDFTP in its unmodified origianl form.

Registered Version:
SDFTP is licensed on a per use basis.  For every machine
that will be using (executing) SDFTP you will need one license.
A project license is also available that will allow you
to distribute SDFTP with a program that you develop.

Warranty (Registered and Shareware)
SDFTP is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty.  No claims
are made to the uses or performance of SDFTP.  SDFTP is also
not warranted to be error free or bug free.  The risk involved
in using SDFTP belongs soley to you.
