Key Features

Changi is an NNTP server. It's distributed as set of programs which enable you to read and write newsgroup articles using any popular NNTP newsreader on a single machine, on a local TCP/IP network or through the global Internet. It's popularly used as an offline newsreader for standalone computers.

The design of this software is mainly oriented towards

  1. offering a complete, fast, flexible and cost effective news system.
  2. using platform-independent standards.
