Enclosed is ULPSM.EXE version 1.06a.  It is functionally equivalent to the
distrubution version of ULPSM 1.06, but permits the configuration of up to
297 (!) upload directories (up to 99 pages).

ULPSM 1.06a is a little larger (about 20K) than it's predecessor, as I had to
switch to the large memory model in order to be able to load a data structure
of that size into memory.  I also discovered how inefficient my field parser
was in that routine when that large a number of directories was implemented, so
I rewrote the routine.

I generated this version on request of a user who has a large number of file
directories and didn't want to use a large number of configuration files.  He
only asked for 99 directories, but decided to overkill a tad... <bg>
