The MLPNET is a growing net, and I feel that Sysops who carry the NET
should be rewarded for putting out the effort to help establish the NET.

Any sysop who carries eight or more conferences of the MLPNET (actively
carries them - regular import/export) will gain a complimentary subscription
level to The NASA MLP BBS for the duration of the relationship.
