Also wants to go FPRO but Carwell Gardner is not a fullback that can be counted on (fumbles in pre-season). * San Francisco also uses One Back quite often. * Houston uses H-Backs and a Pro Set and a One Back in the red zone as well as 8-15% of their plays. * Dallas also uses One Back occasionally. * Detroit can use Pro Set. * LA Raiders can go One Back at times (seems like No back!) It is best to make custon game plans to exploit a teams strengths, but also to get accurate performance from players.
