New21.wad is a external Wad file for Doom register version only.  Upon startup,
start episode one and it will replace the original level one.  To load New11,
simply type:

	doom -file new21.wad -devparm -warp 2 1

at the prompt.  This level has been designed with deathmatch and multi-player
cooperative mode in mind.  These modes, however, have not been tested.  Only
single player modes have been tested.  Enjoy.
