* Construction *

I used first scanner for some pics, reduce size and change color
palette for doom... and draw most of the stuff with mouse on 
PhotoFinish (that wasn't very handy) to animate character.
And used Dmgraph to make this file, you still need to use Dmadds to
make a complete graphics wad to use this stuff properly. 
Just read the manual, IT IS VERY SIMPLY.

This character is just a bit like that Stimpy cat from that TV
show, and we can call it Stimpy ....

You may do whatever you want with this file, if it is me to decide.
