Smart Can for Windows 2.0 is a utility for Windows 3.1 or up.

It is a trash can. But not like the others, it will be able to
delete / undelete files as well as DIRECTORIES (yes!).

To install, select New in Program Manager after you open the Start Up
group and browse / or type in [path]\smtcan.exe.
