Prior to running Marquee Selector version 1.0 for the first time:

    Unzip markey.zip, and move the help file (marqsel.hlp) to your Windows 
    home directory; in most cases this will be C:\WINDOWS.
    
    If you tested a version of Marquee Selector prior to 1.0b(beta) then 
    you should delete the file marqsel.ini located in your Windows home 
    directory. Marquee Selector 1.0 will create a new one the first time 
    you run it.
    
    Start Control Panel, and use Desktop to configure Screen Saver to 
    use the Marquee. You should also at this point setup the Marquee 
    Screen Saver the way you like it (ie. colors, font, text size).
    
All documentation for Marquee Selector is contained in it's Help file. 
If you would like to view it before running Marquee Selector, do the 
following:

    Start Windows Help, select File > Open from it's menu, and select 
    marqsel.hlp from the file dialog box.
