        This program was written in Visual Basic, and needs the file
	VBRUN100.DLL in the same directory as Windows to run.

        To install States in a program group, open that program group,
        then open File Manager.  Locate the file STATES.EXE and drag
        the icon into the program group.

	If you do not have VBRUN100.DLL, it is available from most 
        Bulletin Boards, check the BBS where you got STATES.

        A DOS version of the program is also available, you may
        download both versions from the Mystery Box BBS.
