WINMORT is a simple Mortgage Calculator application developed with Borland C++ v3.0, the OWL Library and Borland Custom Controls.  All source, resource and project files are included.  This application demonstrates the basic use of the OWL Library with a dialog box as the main window.  Requires BWCC.DLL (supplied with BC3, TCW and/or RW).

The program itself is a simple Mortgage Calculator that, given the Principle Amt, Term and Rate, will calculate a Monthly mortgage payment. The program will also calculate APR (Annualized Percentage Rate) given the points paid at closing.
