The main Backup window always appears when you launch Norton Backup. All you have to do is select your files and go! To keep things simple, the default backup options will be used for this exercise. Norton Backup can back up to virtually any DOS drive -- hard drives, floppy drives and network drives. If the drive device has a drive letter and can be written to, Norton Backup can back up your files to it. For this short exercise, you will select a few files and back them up to the floppy drive of your A: drive. The content and type of the files you back up do not matter. Just remember to keep the total size of all the files limited to a few megabytes. The DOS directory will be selected for this backup exercise. Press Enter or click OK to continue.
